2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to information processed through Slot Recovery. The Wix site owner who installs the app is responsible for its own privacy notices, booking practices, and communications with clients. Wix also processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
3. Information Slot Recovery processes
The app may process the following information:
- Name and email address supplied by a client.
- Preferred appointment dates, times, staff, and location.
- The related Wix Bookings service and appointment information.
- Consent status, consent source, and consent timestamp.
- Recovery-offer status, response, expiration, and related booking references.
- Technical records needed to secure, operate, and troubleshoot the app.
4. How we use information
Slot Recovery processes information only as needed to:
- Record a client's request to hear about an earlier appointment.
- Match eligible clients with canceled appointment slots.
- Create and validate private, expiring response links.
- Record whether a client accepts or declines an opening.
- Let the site owner review and confirm a booking.
- Prevent duplicate or invalid actions and troubleshoot the service.
Slot Recovery does not automatically contact clients, collect payment, or create a booking without separate confirmation by the site owner.
5. Storage and sharing
Slot Recovery stores its app data within Wix infrastructure and uses Wix APIs to provide its features. TravxLabs does not operate a separate advertising database for this information. Information may be available to Wix and the relevant Wix site owner as needed to provide, secure, and support the app.
We do not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or share it with unrelated data brokers.
6. Security
Slot Recovery uses Wix-hosted services, authenticated Wix requests, scoped app permissions, and access controls intended to prevent unauthorized use. Wix states that its platform encrypts data in transit and at rest. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention
Information is retained while it is reasonably needed to operate Slot Recovery, maintain consent and booking records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. A site owner can remove an active client from the recovery list. Additional deletion requests can be sent tosupport@travxlabs.com.
8. Your choices and rights
Clients can decline an offered appointment and can ask the relevant site owner to stop contacting them. Depending on location, a person may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. Requests may be directed to the site owner or tosupport@travxlabs.com. We may need to verify the request and coordinate with the site owner or Wix.
9. Children
Slot Recovery is not directed to children under 13, and TravxLabs does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the app. Contact us if you believe such information has been submitted.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to Slot Recovery, Wix platform requirements, or applicable law. The date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
